French 1901 law association founded in September 2024 by Nicole FICHANT, President and Founder. Based in Courbevoie, active in France and Africa, and soon in Asia.

A word from our founder
I have known poverty myself. I know what it means to count every euro, to go without healthcare, to dread the start of the school year. I chose to turn this experience into a commitment.
In August 2024, one encounter set everything in motion: a young widow, a mother of five, who could not afford to send her children back to school. We had to act, right away and concretely.
Un Cœur Qui Agit was born from this urgency, in September 2024, in Courbevoie. Today we work in France and Cameroon, and soon in Asia, always with local partners and close follow-up of every action.
