Data controller The association Un Cœur Qui Agit undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of your data comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Data collected and purposes The personal information collected on the site is used exclusively to manage the association's activities:
- Contact and request-for-help forms: Surname, first name, email, telephone and information you choose to provide so that we can process your request.
- Newsletter: first name (optional) and email address, used only to send you the association's news, based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to contact@uncoeurquiagit-associationhumanitaire.fr; your data will then be deleted.
- Donations and memberships (via HelloAsso): Surname, first name, postal address, email and bank details collected directly by the HelloAsso platform for secure payment, automatic issue of the tax receipt (CERFA) and the register of members.
- Association management (Paheko): Processing of accounting entries and follow-up of donations/memberships by the board.
Recipients of the data Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is only accessible to authorised board members and passed on to our technical subcontractors strictly for the purposes of their tasks (HelloAsso for payments/receipts, Paheko for accounting).
Retention period
- Contact / help requests: Kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact.
- Donation and tax receipt data: Kept for 10 years in accordance with French legal and tax obligations.
Spam protection Our forms are protected by the Google reCAPTCHA service, which analyses certain technical information (IP address, browsing behaviour on the page) to tell a human from a robot. This data is processed by Google in accordance with its privacy policy.
Cookies This site uses technical cookies needed for it to work, as well as cookies from embedded services: Google reCAPTCHA on pages with a form, and HelloAsso on the "Donate" page for secure payment. Only with your consent, given via the cookie banner, Google Ads measures the effectiveness of the free ads the association benefits from (Google Ad Grants programme). You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.
Users' rights You have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise this right, send your request by email to nicolefichant@orange.fr or by post to the association's registered office.
Complaints If, after contacting us, you believe that your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
